Educator Resilience and Self-Care Workshop
Are you looking for an experiential and meaningful way to earn PDHs or CEUs? Are you feeling burnt out and overwhelmed?
Come and join us for a day of restorative self-care and proactive resilience activities and learning. You will leave this session with practical, free, and easy-to-implement strategies to boost your resilience and improve your well-being. This session will also include a make-and-take self-care item to take with you. The day will be full of experiential activities in the moment and tools to take with you and use throughout the year.

Types of Certification provided by our partners: The Illinois Education Association will provide Professional Development Hours (PDHs) for those on a Professional Educator License (PEL). The SIU School of Medicine will provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for LSW, LCSW, LPC, and LCPC.
